30-Day Return Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The product is unused

• The product is in its original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and seals are intact

• The item is in resaleable condition

If these conditions are met, you may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

• Items returned after 30 days

• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with South African consumer law.

Refunds

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
